We will confirm all appointments at least 24 hrs in advance.

Any cancellations less than 24hrs in advance will be invoiced in full.

Photos will be delivered upon receipt of payment.

Real Estate photos are only licensed for the singe use of the listing and may not be shared with others outside of the promotion/sale of the listing.

If you are having other services, vendors or work performed at the appointment, please schedule them before or after our appointment.
