-Address: 3830 W 95th Street, Evergreen Park Suite 101 ! You are allowed to park on either side of the building or infront!

-All appointments require a $20 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. Your deposit will be applied to your service! The only time it is lost is when you cancel your appointment.

-Remaining balances can be paid via Zelle, Cash, or Apple Cash.

-No extra guests unless being serviced on

-Please arrive on time! A 10 minute grace period will be given, but after that a $10 late fee will be charged or your appointment will be rescheduled and an extra $10 charge will be added on to your total. Same day cancellations will be charged a $25 fee.

-Please come makeup free to your lash & facial appt. If I have to remove any makeup a $10 additional charge will be applied.

-If you don't see a date or time that you want feel free to reach out!

-If you'd like to book more than 1 service at a time and you don't see it as an add on, please reach out to me before your appt so I can make the time to add it on!

-I DO NOT FILL IN ON OTHER LASH ARTISTS WORK! I do free removals with your full set if you're coming to me with lashes on already! Please book accordingly.
