Steel Club Strength in Flow is a 4-class series designed to get you stronger as well as help you to develop flow through sequencing. By exploring basic Steel Club exercises we’ll build a repertoire of movements which will later be added to a Vinyasa style of flow set to music. This is a great Steel Club Introductory class and prep for Level 1 Steel Club Cabaret Dance and Conditioning.
