Handbalancing with Ulrik (Intermediate)
Pre requisite: 30 secs freestanding handstand recommended
You already know how to balance on two arms in a straight position, so in this workshop we're going to take a look at the next steps. We'll focus on different shapes, tools for learning press and introduce one arm preparatory work. There will also be time for individual practice, feedback, and talk about programming for your own practice. Bring a fresh pair of shoulders, pencil, notebook and of course a beer for the coach!
