*Please note we are on the second floor and do not have an elevator.
We take all forms of payment at the time of your appointment. You do not have to pay in advance, however, your credit card information is required in order order to schedule your appointment. (This helps us reduce no shows and last minute cancellations, which, of course, helps us pay our bills and support our families).
*Cancellation Policy* If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so with more than 24 hours notice. Last minute or same day cancellations will be charged full price for the scheduled treatment. If you or your therapist needs to reschedule due to illness or an emergency, we will attempt to reschedule your appointment at your convenience or offer a refund if necessary.
Advance payment is required for gift certificates and packages.
Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the first appointment. Please let us know at the time of scheduling if your minor child is the client.
