This workshop is a donation based class with all donations going directly to supporting Headrest (headrest.org). I will also donate $5 for every person who attends.
Celebrate the spring equinox with a pause for your body, mind, and spirit for vitality, health, and wellness. In this workshop you will be led through a variety of breathing practices, gentle movements, and supported poses in an attempt to bring more calm and ease to your mind, body, and breath.
All levels welcome. Class size limited to 15.
