BEFORE YOU BOOK:

  • Please ensure you're familiar with our terms of hire and
    cancellation policy. Completing a booking enters you into a legal agreement that you
    have read and will comply with our terms.
  • Transactions are processed via Paypal or credit card and will display in your activity statement as payable to 'Siomas Management Pty Ltd'.
  • Prices are inclusive of GST. If our system-generated receipts are not suitable for your accounting purposes, please contact us directly.
  • Be sure to choose the appropriate guest to take responsibility for the booking. This person needs to be able to enter the contract created by the act of making a booking, receive relevant communications from us, share those communications with other guests on the booking, communicate with our team where necessary, and take financial responsibility for all charges relating to the booking. If you are unable to do this, please list another guest as Guest 1.
