Valid ID is required for ages 16+


Please read below for further information

1. Complete an error free passport application (DS-11), in
black ink or typed prior to arrival.

2. Bring the original and one photocopy of
your proof of citizenship and identification (front & back of
ID is needed). We cannot view electronic versions of these documents.

  • Your original citizenship will be sent to the
    Passport Agency and will be returned to you after you receive your passport.

3. Bring a 2x2 Passport Photo (We do not take pictures at our facility)

4. Bring two separate payments (Fees cannot be
combined):

  • City of Houston: Non-refundable $35 fee payable
    by cash, check, money order, or credit card to the CITY OF HOUSTON
  • U.S. Department of State: Check
    or money order made payable to the U.S. DEPARTMENT OF STATE

Passport Application Fees

Appointments are 30 minutes in duration and are available Monday through Friday, between the hours of 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late your appointment may be rescheduled. Monitor your email for appointment confirmation and important appointment updates.
