LATENESS: At the 10-minute mark, your appointment will be canceled.

RESCHEDULING: Use your confirmation email to reschedule. Rescheduling is only valid up to 48 hours before the original appointment. You are only allowed 1 reschedule per appointment. Please advise, rescheduling may, sometimes, not be an option due to high demand.

CANCELLATIONS: We understand that unavoidable circumstances arise and appointments have to be canceled or rescheduled. Remember, cancellation and/or rescheduling can be made up to 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel your appointment on the same day no future appointments can be made.
