• If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you can contact us by phone or e-mail (preferred) at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
  • Appointments may only be rescheduled once, any changes after the first reschedule will incur a fee.
  • If you wish to make changes to an appointment less 48 to 24 hours before your appointment time, we will charge 30% of your appointment cost for reschedules, and 40% for cancellations.
  • No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance
  • No call, no shows will not receive any refunds, if you contact us after your appointment is scheduled to start, it will be considered a no call, no show. It costs us time, effort, and resources to prepare each appointment.
  • Our Booking Calendar is arranged Monday-Sunday (M-S), so be sure to double check your selected day before booking.
