ANYONE WITH PREVIOUS PERMANENT MAKEUP DONE BY ANOTHER ARTIST OTHER THAN MYSELF IS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE A CONSULTATION FIRST BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT
IF YOU ARE GOING ON VACATION TO A HOT DESTINATION BE SURE TO BOOK YOUR PERMANENT MAKEUP APPOINTMENT AFTER YOU RETURN OR A MINIMUM OF 6 WEEKS PRIOR.
*IF YOU ARE PREGNANT OR NURSING, PERMANENT MAKEUP IS NOT PERMITTED UNTIL AFTER NURSING HAS BEEN COMPLETED
*Booking fees are transferable to other services offered but non refundable.
*Appointments can be changed up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
*Should you need to reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice you may be required to pay an additional deposit.
*Exceptions will be made in the event of an emergency or sickened with adequate documentation.
*6-week touch-up appointments are not included in the cost of initial application. All first appointments require two sessions to be completed.
**All first sessions of Permanent Makeup is just that, a “first session”. You are required to do a six to eight week touch up if you only have one session of PMU applied. This is not included in the first session.**
Touch-up appointments done between 6-8 weeks after initial session are $125 to $150 plus tax. After 12 weeks annual touch-up rate of $250 plus tax apply.
