Regular work is paramount to beautiful living at our best. More than ever, we need to help ourselves to prevent more costly (life credits and dollars and anguish) diagnostics from becoming our narrative. Please do not wait for emergencies to pop up. Now adding last minute spots, and later session times. Many added a week out or even within the week so keep looking and don't hesitate to reach out directly. When last minute openings appear I need for you to book directly through me based on software settings. Please keep the dialogue going as to what works. I constantly evolve offerings based on demand. Please note the phone is a work number and is off

UPDATES and The BASICS

Thank you for your continued loyalty to the one - therapist owner, specialty practice model. I am here because you invite me to be. Iinvite you be raw on the table or in remote. I'm looking forward to supporting you while you live your best life, potential body/somato-emotional hurdles, and just being human. This is a commitment by both of us to show up respectively with trust, so much love, within the boundaries set forth for our community and practice. I always promise to "bring it" while supporting you in every session intuitively, anatomically, with love. Remember, bodywork helps us live and engage at a superhuman level in our daily lives on a myriad levels. Don't just wait to come in to put a fire out; come in to stretch the canvas of lifestyle opportunity.

For the first time in years, I am trying on some later in the afternoon session opportunities. They are not set in stone, so, if you are interested please take a look online as of Monday. I adjust the 3month schedule based on demand every Monday. Thanks so much!

NO DRINKS PLEASE -- Please make sure your frosty beverage is in a chilled car cooler waiting for you, or better yet, grab your favorite beverage post session to enjoy fresh. The office is one room, the treatment room. It's ideal to simply not have f&b in the treatment room as it is a sanctuary for bodywork. It is wall to wall carpet with a strict, no beverage rule - even with the top on. Thank you for being respectful of this.

Online Booking Technology - SCHEDULE MULTIPLE DATES with ONE click. Instead of entering first date and then, "continue", simply keep adding dates/times. Once you have all of your preferred times, then, press "continue" and you'll see them in one concise list. Then it will take you through only one submission of the health questionnaire and your cc info to guarantee.

  • Respiratory Infections: Unless you test positive/carry a fever, cancellation fees are no longer waved like they were with simple exposure of covid in 2020. Masks are not mandatory. Due
    to the nature of face to face proximity during most bodywork sessions,
    respiratory contagions can and will happen. The very essence of manual
    and lymphedema therapies is to open stagnant areas of the tissue and
    fluid systems. As a result, unexpected coughing happens often in close
    proximity of your therapist’s face.     Masks are available to anyone for the asking, Free of charge.
  • Travel: Please note, given the state of travel in these times, please book and travel at your own risk. The practice cannot absorb cancellation fees due to the widespread travel issues.
  • *Cancellation Policy: Things happen. Please don’t ever worry about this. I get it. I promise to do my best to refill your spot, no matter what time frame it is. If I’m successful, you’ll enjoy a credit of the comprehensive session fee - less $50 rebooking fee. No penalty if any session of 90minutes or less is canceled a week out. So, if your appointment is Tuesday at 930am. Please cancel by 930am the
    Tuesday prior. Any booking 90minutes or less, cancelled within the week
    of will be charged in full. *For multiple personal and/or family booking cancellations
    exceeding 90minutes within a 7business day window, please cancel two
    weeks prior to avoid cancellation fees. Business Days are Mondays -
    Fridays.     And if you are sick all night? My phone is off so please time stamp your cancellation overnight or early morning as soon as you know you won't be able to make it - no fees if cancelled by 9am latest and we are good, unless the emergency truly is happening at that moment.
