This is an in-person or virtual private session with Andy, Leith Pilates' CEO and Founder. It is for the purposes of either 1-2-1 attention or an induction to Leith Pilates, meaning you can then go on to join classes and become a member!

If you book an in-person session:
- Please wear comfortable clothing that is not too loose, so the teacher can best assess your movement and posture.
- You will need to bring your own water
- You must arrive on time for your session, but there is no waiting area
