Thank you for booking with Relationship Rescue. We look forward to meeting you and getting you back on track as quickly as possible.

Cancellation policy: We require 48 business hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

We understand that things come up that you need to prioritise, like work commitments or getting sick; therefore, if you cancel or reschedule within 48 business hours, only a partial late cancellation fee of $100 for 1hr appointments and $150 for 1.5hr appointments will be withheld.

However, if you cancel, reschedule or don't show up within 24 hours, then you will still have to pay the full session fee, as cancellations within 24 hours are impossible to refill.

This policy is because once you block out your slot, nobody else can book in for that time. So, when you cancel at short notice, that income is lost for the day unless someone else books in at the last minute. This rarely happens, but if it does, then you will get a full refund no matter when you cancel.

Booking and then cancelling an appointment

When you book an appointment, the payment collection system takes a cut of the fee to process the payment that does not get refunded by the payment system if you change your mind and ask for a refund. Your cancellation, therefore, costs $20 to cover the fees charged by the payment system.
