You must be present via your computer for the entire length of the course.
You must have a valid photo learner’s permit to register.
Your competition certificate MV-278 will be mailed the following business day to the Learner’s Permit Address.
There is a full charge for cancelations or modifications to any course not made 24 hours ahe
