Annalise is in the studio Tuesday + Friday evenings, and Wednesday and Thursday mornings. Annalise also takes care of all our body building clients and is available for local competitions upon request.

Lea is in studio Monday mornings, Thursday evenings and Friday afternoons. Lea is bilingual in English and Te Reo Māori! She is able to conversate with you in Te Reo Māori during any appointments you book with her.
