But, the absolute best decision I ever made was to seek help. Our Pediatric Sleep Coach was my lifeline she educated me and guided me through it all. Best. Decision. Ever. Now, let's do this together.

My name is Kiley & Im from Sweet Home Alabama. Before becoming a sleep consultant, I earned a degree in Occupational Therapy.

When becoming a mom, breastfeeding & sleep deprivation took over and I was a complete mess. I needed (and wanted) all the help I could get. I had slipped into postpartum depression and to this day, I know it was due to severe sleep deprivation.

My goal in life is to give parents the precious gift of rest. Being well rested isnt a luxury; Its a requirement. Let me help!
