If the wedding you will be officiating is more than 3 months in the future, please wait to submit your application. The typical turnaround time on granting designations is less than 3 business days. Processing designee applications for weddings far in advance is difficult for our internal systems. Please upload the required documents to complete you registration. You will be emailed the link to pay your registration fee after you submit your information by clicking on the "Complete Appointment" button below. For Indefinite Designees only, a driver's license or ID Card issued by the State of Utah are the required forms of ID. Indefinite Designees must establish Utah Residency to be granted an indefinite designation.
Limited Designees who do not upload a driver's license or ID Card issued by the State of Utah must upload evidence that the ceremony they intend to perform will take place within the State of Utah (wedding announcement or invitation, venue contract, travel plans. etc).
