Any NEW Bookings:

Please make sure to "REGISTER FOR AN ACCOUNT" after competing your first booking. This will ensure in the future you do not need to fill out our intake form again. Example below:

Private Session Bookings:

Please insure you are booking ALL of your sessions with the same Trainer for best consistency.

First choose your Initial Session Date > use your package code to book. After choosing your Initial Session Date, it's time to book your follow up sessions. Ideally your first follow up session should be 1 week from the first Initial Session. The remaining follow ups should be aproximatley 2 weeks apart when possible. If you are booking multiple of the same type like "Reactive Follow Ups" you can book those at the same time as noted below. If the appointment type is different, you will need to process separately. Don't forget to Register for an Account to make that part quick & easy.

Multiple Group Classes or Private Sessions of the same Type: 'Puppy Socials, Nose Work Level 4 & Private Follow Ups' you can book & purchase more than one time by choosing the option "Add a Time" prior to confirming/paying for your booking your time slot. Please see below for example:

Puppy Social - Play & Learn

45 minutes @ CA$33.00

PUPPIES MUST BE UNDER 18 WEEKS OLD
Mandatory purchase of 2 sessions. We recommend as many as you can before age max.
To book multiple Social times please choose "Add a Time" after your first date to add more prior to paying.
We cannot guarantee appropriate playmate sizes for toy breeds - we will match your dogs as best as possible each class, if a puppy is too scare to join in we will accommodate with other lessons/working around building confidence.
