The foundation to a thorough consultation is always in gathering a complete picture of your diet and lifestyle, past and current. In your initial consultation, we will determine your unique individual constitution (prakriti), including mind and body.

Must complete an Initial Ayurvedic Intake Form at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. The form should be sent to you via email after your appointment is made.
