COVID-19 Vaccine Appointment Scheduling Information

If you recently tested positive for COVID-19 or are sick with COVID-19, the Ingham County Health Department requests that you wait until you have completed your isolation period before coming to your vaccine appointment.
To select an appointment:




1) Select a date for your appointment.


2) Select a time from the drop-down menu for your appointment.


3) Select "Continue".


4) Enter contact information.


5) Click "Complete Appointment"




Primary Series:
For individuals ages 6 months or older who wish to be vaccinated against COVID-19.






Additional Dose for Immunocompromised:


The CDC recommends individuals (5+ years) who are moderately to severely immunocompromised should receive an additional dose of the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine at least 28 days after the completion of their primary series.






Booster Shot:

Booster shots using the bivalent (includes components of the original virus strain and the Omicron variant) COVID-19 vaccine are recommended for:

  • Everyone aged 5 years and older if it has been at least 2 months since your last dose.
  • Children aged 6 months–4 years who completed the Moderna primary series and if it has been at least 2 months since their last dose. There is no booster recommendation for children aged 6 months–4 years who got the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine primary series.
