This Online Booking service is provided for busy clients who may wish to book and pre pay appointment times that are convenient and easy to combine with your own calendar.
We endeavour to provide time slots throughout the week to accommodate your personal needs including LATE EVENING and WEEKEND appointments, however, please note that not all of our therapists offer this service.
At times we may have cancellations or last minute changes to our calendars, and do ask, that if you cannot locate a suitable time on this online calendar to please also call us and check in with available emergency appointments or times which may become available due to last minute cancellations.

We offer 3 Appointment Types:
1. Face to Face Appointments In our Lakeview Clinic at Norwest, Monday and Fridays 10am -8pm and Monday, Wednesday and Friday at our Penrith Home Clinic.
2. Online Appointments - Australia Wide with late night and weekend availability.
3. Telehealth Appointments. Via secure phone link.
Therapy from the comfort of your own home or location of choice. Online therapy is highly effective and many clients acutally prefer this experience.
For online appointments we use Zoom, Skype, and Webex and work on EST (Eastern Standard Time).
Tips to ensure you have a great and professional online session.
Ensure you are in a well-lit room.
Ensure you are in a comfortable space.
Have your laptop at the right height to show your face and head.
If using a phone try using a phone stand for stability.
If possible be in separate rooms on separate devices and use earbuds or headphones.
Ensure you have plenty of charge on your devices.
Have water available to remain hydrated.
Check that you are emotionally ready for therapy.
*Rebates may be available, provided you have the correct level of nominated cover with your Medical Fund.
*Personal Coaching may in some instances be claimed as a Professional Development deduction on your annual Tax Return.

We require an absolute minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation. Failure to do so or 'no shows' for appointments will result in retention of the full service fee for in person clinic bookings, or a $50 fee for Zoom Online Bookings.
A $15 administration fee is charged to process refunds/cancellations within the specified 24 hour notice period. This fee covers our Paypal and administration costs. Your refund will go into your account within 3 working days of cancellation with 24 hours notice.
