Creating an Account
After scheduling your first session with us, you will have the option to create an account with a username (your email) and password. For future scheduling, you would then be able to log in at the top-right of the sign-up page and bypass the "new client form" (the info you provided prior to your first session will auto-fill). Please update your form when necessary to reflect changes in the information provided.
Rescheduling Policy
In order to ensure that we are able to plan the most efficient and effective workouts possible for the number of players we are expecting, training sessions may not be scheduled within one hour of a training session. We do not offer refunds for missed sessions!
Cancellation/Refund Policy
If for any reason you are unable to attend a session for which you signed up, you may reschedule for a future session anytime prior to two hours before the start of that session. We do not allow cancellations or refunds of sessions scheduled and paid for.
