- Know what you are purchasing.
- All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. We will happily provide you with credit to use within three months.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours after the appointment, the appointment is a late cancellation and charged.
- Aligned Pilates reserves the right to refuse service to persons who will not benefit from Aligned Pilates and where Pilates is unsuitable.
- Aligned Pilates reserves the right to alter the schedule and make cancellations as required.
- Please expect prices to increase per fair wage growth practice without notification over time.
- If your teacher is off sick or needs to cancel, an email notification early morning will let you know. You will be responsible for rescheduling your appointment.
- Aligned Pilates packages vary in expirations. Check your package expiration date.
- Always log into Acuity to view your history and upcoming schedule.
