We shape our environment, and our environment shapes us. As an immigrant myself I approach my therapeutic relationships from a culturally sensitive perspective. We can’t control many aspects of life but we can control our reaction to them. That’s why I have an eclectic orientation that pulls from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Brief Psychodynamic Therapy, and Mindfulness.
