This program is designed for 3rd and 4th graders. Students will experience the history of citrus from its origins to present day in a period setting replicating the height of the citrus industry in the Riverside area. Through this tour, students will learn how California’s second gold rush (citrus) helped shape and develop California today (economically, culturally, and technologically).
