If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you can contact us by phone or e-mail (preferred) at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Appointments may only be rescheduled once, any changes after the first reschedule will incur a fee.
If you wish to make changes to an appointment less 48 to 24 hours before your appointment time, we will charge 30% of your appointment cost for reschedules, and 40% for cancellations.
No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance
No call, no shows will not receive any refunds, if you contact us after your appointment is scheduled to start, it will be considered a no call, no show. It costs us time, effort, and resources to prepare each appointment.
Our Booking Calendar is arranged Monday-Sunday (M-S), so be sure to double check your selected day before booking.

Children 8 to 17 years of age must be accompanied by a paid adult and have a signed Liability Waiver.

Adult to child ratio should be 1 adult to every 3 children.

Ages (15-18) must have a signed Liability waiver by a parent or guardian. Participants OVER 18 are not subject to any restrictions, but must still sign the liability waiver.
