You will only have access to this link if you are in a current group coaching program from me. So if you are and you can't see it here reach out and I will sent you the link.

If we haven't met or spoken before, please schedule an Counselling or Coaching Initial Session.

If you are a returning 1:1 ad hoc client please schedule a counselling or coaching follow up session.

If we've decided we are going work together and you are scheduling our first coaching session of a 13 weeks or 30 day prepaid program please choose 'Initial Appointment' and fill out the Client Intake Form you will be sent.

If you are a returning client in one of my prepaid 1:1 programs choose the Regular Coaching Call.
