Welcome to our scheduling page! Please review the following terms and conditions to ensure that your matter is added to Attorney Smith's calendar:

If you are in need of immediate services or need to schedule a same day appointment, please email us at info@smithlegalsolution.com for availability to see whether we are able to accommodate your request for an urgent consultation.
All payments will be treated as a cost deposit and will be subtracted from your retainer fee so long as we receive a signed retainer fee agreement within 72 hours after your scheduled appointment.
Attorney Smith will contact the Invitee at the scheduled appointment time for all telephone conferences
Please be on time for all scheduled appointments as the issuance of any refunds and/or the rescheduling of your appointment will be in Attorney Smith's sole discretion.

Please Note: If your consultation does no go for the full time there are no prorated rates and therefore no refunds will be issued.
