1. Please arrive in store at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time slot.
2. Valid government-issued ID must be presented to verify your appointment. The name in the appointment must match the name on your valid government-issued ID. Temporary IDs or IDs without photos will not be accepted.
3. Customers can only book 1 slot. Multiple bookings are not allowed. All succeeding bookings after the first appointment will be cancelled.
4. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions will result to the cancellation of your appointment.
