Share your intention for your participation in breath work in the chat, and we will hold sacred space for this together in community through an active three-part breath followed immediately by an exhale and marked by continuous flow. 80 % of your breath into your belly, and 20% into your chest, then release and repeat. It is always more important to choose than to just do, to honor your body and where you're at.
