We always take a £25 refundable deposit.
We reserve exclusive time with our staff and in the studios, so if you fail to arrive or do not give us at least 5 days notice to cancel / re-arrange, we end up with staff with no work, and empty studios. As a small business, we still have to pay overheads, wages and taxes, therefore keeping our diary busy is essential. If you do have to change, please understand that with less than FIVE working days notice, we cannot refill that slot and your deposit will be forfeited. We charge a nominal £25 to secure the booking which is refunded back at your viewing appointment.
