For ALL NEW patients, if you are requesting a first time PT appointment, please select "New PT Patient Initial Evaluation" as your appointment type. If "New PT Patient Initial Evaluation" does not appear in the list of appointment types, THAT MEANS YOU CANNOT SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT.

If you wish to be put on a waiting list, email your contact info and brief description of why you need physical therapy to info@healing-motion.com.

FOR RETURNING PATIENTS:

If it has been a year or more since your last treatment or you have experienced major changes in your health/health history, according to state law, you will need to restart therapy by scheduling an initial evaluation. If it has been less than a year since your last treatment and there have been no major changes to your past medical history you can schedule as usual.
