Cancellation & Reschedule Policy:
We require a 24 hour notice to reschedule or cancel any appointment. There is no charge to reschedule/cancel within 24 hours. However, failure to provide a 24 hours notice of cancellation will result in a minimum charge of 25% of the service cost. Any No Show appointments or cancellation with 12 hours of appointment will be charged 100% of total service cost. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.
Inclement Weather
In the event of inclement weather (rain, below freezing temps, etc), we will make every attempt to meet your appointment. If weather becomes an issue, we will contact you to reschedule.
Booking Appointments
We require a debit/credit card to be put on file to hold your appointment. If you have a gift card, please note you will still be required to put a card on file and the gift card can be used on the day of your appointment. Please be prepared to provide your debit/credit card number for online booking. You will have the option to pay ahead of your appointment or reserve without paying.
