Class description: A slow-moderate-slow paced class full of a fusion of varied exercise types – pilates, mobility and a strength focus for women of any age or stage of fitness who would love to focus on their breathing and alignment while “enjoying” functional movements that are designed to develop strong, long and lean muscles. My class should leave you feeling FRESH, awake and PERFECTLY challenged on a Wednesday morning.
