This is a 75 minute slow and steady yoga class that is great for stretching and connecting mind and body with movement and breath. We will often break down poses and use straps and tennis balls to get deeper into stretches. There will be some challenging and strengthening asanas but you are always guided to listen to your body and take only what you need.
This class is great for those who want to start a yoga practice or are healing from injuries or those wanting to simply feel good!
