Please note: Our guests need to be NON-SMOKERS for at
least 3 weeks of all substances! If you are a current smoker (incl.
e-cigarettes, vapor, smokeless (chewing) tobacco and recreational products),
please do NOT make an appointment! We will not be able to accommodate you!

Before you book, please read the CONTRAINDICATIONS for
our services.

If you are sick with a contagious illness or have been
exposed to someone who has, please cancel or reschedule your appointment.
5.
In your confirmation email is a link to a waiver and massage
intake form (if you scheduled services including a massage) that
you need to fill in and sign. This document needs to be sent to us at least 24
hours prior to your appointment. If you don't see it in your inbox, please
check you spam folder.

When you book an appointment, you agree to our
cancellation and late arrival policy.
7.
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you
cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment or do not show up for your
appointment, you will be charged in full.
8.
If you need to reschedule, please call us at least 48
hours prior to your appointment. Life happens... but please
understand that we hold the space you booked and/or the therapists, if you
booked massages, for you.
9.
Late arrival policy: If you arrive more than 5
minutes past your appointment and as a result your appointment starts late, we
will still end on time and shorten your appointment to stay on time for the
ongoing day. You will be charged in full.
10. Spa
Etiquette: Please speak softly in all areas of our spa. We want to honor
ongoing services by not interrupting
with loud voices. Turn off you cell phone and electronic devises while in our
spa or at least on airplane mode and silence. Don’t wear fragrances. We are an
allergen-free environment. Please do NOT drink alcohol before your visit, it is
contra-indicated for all services. Thank You.
