Policies
Please read carefully. My policies are designed to uphold the integrity of my business and guarantee that all clients have access to my schedule and receive the highest quality of service. I recognize that unforeseen events occur, so I encourage you to text me if any issues arise. I am willing to make accommodations for clients whenever possible.
Deposits: To secure your appointment, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required. You are permitted to reschedule once using the original deposit.
Rescheduling: Must be done no less than 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling more than once will result in the forfeiture of your 20% deposit. A second rescheduling will be view as a new appointment and requires a new deposit. Rescheduling on the same day will be treated as a cancellation, incurring a fee of 50% of the service cost.
Cancellations: Must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will incur a fee of 50% of the planned service cost. Booking a new appointment will require an additional 20% deposit.
***A Client Questionnaire is required for every appointment to ensure that any changes, whether minor or significant, are reviewed before your service. This allows for adjustments to the service if necessary.***
