Booking Policies

• A non-refundable deposit of $30 is required to secure your appointment.

• You may reschedule your appointment 72 hours in advance without losing your deposit.

• Please plan ahead and leave on time, anticipating traffic or any potential delays. If you are 15 minutes late, a $15 late fee will apply.

• If you are 30 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded.

Requirements

• Hair must be washed, detangled, and left product-free (no oils or leave-in conditioners).

• If you have short hair, please send a clear picture of your hair prior to booking. An additional $50 fee applies for short hair as it requires more time and extensions.

• Hair for braiding hairstyles is included. However, if you want a colored option or anything other than black, you must communicate this at least one week in advance.

• Due to limited space, only the person receiving the service will be allowed inside the salon.

• If you desire longer hairstyles, you must specify this when booking, as changes cannot be made on the spot, and the cost will be higher.

Holiday Appointments

• Appointments on holidays will incur an additional fee:

• $50 for morning appointments

• $80 for afternoon or evening appointments

Payment Methods

• We accept Credit/Debit Card, Paypal, Zelle, and cash.

• The full address will be provided 2 days before your appointment date.

• Free parking is available at the building.

Additional Policies

• We only accept customers on-site; we do not offer mobile or travel services.

• We create content (photos and videos) at the end of every appointment for use on our website and social media platforms.

• If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform us before or during your appointment.

• If you do not express this preference, it will be considered as consent to use the content.
