By booking an appointment with Pallas Couture, you agree to the following terms:

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your appointment for a full refund of the booking fee if notice is provided at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable, as the fee covers the time and resources reserved for your appointment.
Rescheduling Policy: You may reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiting your booking fee. If rescheduling is requested within 48 hours of your appointment, a new booking fee will apply.
Booking Fees: Appointment booking fees are non-refundable, however the fee will be credited towards your final gown purchase.
Unforeseen Circumstances Policy: Pallas Couture reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide as much notice as possible and work with you to find an alternative appointment time.
No-Show Policy: Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in a forfeiture of the booking fee.
