In this program, you'll get a breakdown of essential heel techniques, transitions/conditioning unique to pole dancing in heels, and fun-filled choreography💃 You'll build up your dance skills as you learn a fully choreographed pole heels routine over the six weeks.
Pre-req: pirouettes and basic pole spins. Students must have taken the 6Week Absolute Beginners Program or equivalent of pole classes
