If you are scheduling an in-person appointment, it is strongly recommended that you pick a time that allows for an early and relaxed arrival, along with minimal responsibilities afterward.

NEW CLIENTS:

For all appointment types other than meetings, you will need to fill out a longer intake form in order to complete your scheduling process. Please allow five to ten minutes to complete this. If need be, you have the option to finish your intake form at a later date (minus the required fields marked with an asterix '*'). Please have your form finished before your appointment.

Once you have completed scheduling, you will receive a confirmation email. Please keep that email as it provides you with the ability to change or cancel your appointment (right from your smartphone or computer) or to edit/finish your intake form. Be sure to enter the correct email address and check your junk mail if you do not receive your confirmation email shortly after completing your booking.
