Full Refund: A full refund of the camp fees will be provided if the cancellation is made 30 days or more before the first day of the camp. To cancel your booking, you must send a written notice via email refer to the contact form.
Partial Refund: If the cancellation is made between 15 and 29 days before the start of the camp, a 40% refund will be provided.
No Refund: No refund will be issued if the cancellation is made 14 days or less before the start of the camp, except in the case of injury or illness. In this case, a doctor's note must be provided.
Injury or Illness: In the event of injury or illness preventing a player from attending the camp, a full refund will be given. Proof of injury or illness, such as a doctor’s note, is required.5.
Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the camp is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions or other exceptional circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
Processing Time: Please allow up to 14 working days for the processing of refunds.
