    With a strong connection to the natural world Mariposa is led by the healing intelligence of the Earth, her sessions incorporate Swedish and deep tissue massage, myofascial techniques and Reiki. She meets you where you are at and holds a space that encourages the intelligence of your being to ground, unwind, and release, nurturing a deeper sense of peace, ease, and self connection.

    Mudita embodies a myriad of modalities including deep tissue, intuitive massage, fascial release, and Reiki energy work. She brings decades of experience, as well as deep listening skills to support and discern her clients needs. In addition, her diverse experience and training in nutrition, herbal medicine and yoga provide a whole picture approach in your healing process.
