Anastasia specializes in listening to the body and inspiring healing. Her journey into alternative medicine began with Yoga Teacher Training. Anastasia has worked at top spas, including Hyatt Regency Tamaya and Ojo Caliente. She has studied at the Ayurvedic Institute and interned at an Ayurvedic Hospital in Pune, India. She is currently studying neural and visceral manipulation with the Barral Institute. Anastasia combines her extensive knowledge to craft individualized, holistic treatments for her clients.

Marie specializes in deep tissue work, trigger point release, chronic pain management and myofascial movement. She is intuitive in her practice and passionate about using her skills to communicate with the body. Whether it be gentle or more intensive work, she always intends to create a space of sacred stillness for a deep exhale of body, mind and spirit.

Mudita embodies a myriad of modalities including deep tissue, intuitive massage, fascial release, and Reiki energy work. She brings decades of experience, as well as deep listening skills to support and discern her clients needs. In addition, her diverse experience and training in nutrition, herbal medicine and yoga provide a whole picture approach in your healing process.

Sara is both a licensed massage therapist and craniosacral therapist. Her massage style includes Swedish, clinically based deep tissue, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation and stretching to calm, reset and relax the body. In her craniosacral sessions, she uses a soft touch to release restrictions in the sacrum, spine, and cerebrum while regulating both the craniosacral rhythm and central nervous system.
