LATE FEE will apply if you are more than 15 minutes late. Appointment is automatically cancelled after 15 minutes without prior communication, cancellation fee will apply and all deposits will be non-refundable.
Late cancellation (any appointment cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment) will incur an additional fee and causes you to forfeit all deposits.

Deposits are required on all services and the deposit will be applied to the total cost of the service.
No call/No show appointments will result in being banned from booking and all deposits will be non-refundable as well as a no call/no show fee will be charged.
NO extra guest will be allowed in the servicing area (including kids, as this is a small area and there are a lot of tools and chemicals that could cause bodily injury if they get ahold of them). All additional guest will be REQUIRED to stay in the waiting are, if that is not an option you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.
Cash, Debit, and Credit are the only forms of payment accepted.
Online schedule is in real time, please schedule accordingly. Any last minute or after hours appointments will incur an additional fee.
