CHILDREN ARE WELCOME AS WELL. WE JUST ASK THAT IF YOUR CHILD IS UNABLE TO STAY QUIET IN OUR WAITING AREA, THAT YOU RESPECT OTHER CLIENTS AND WAIT OUTSIDE WITH THEM.
SCHEDULING REMINDERS
A VALID CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD WITH FUNDS AVAILABLE IS REQUIRED TO HOLD YOUR APPOINTMENT.
Your card will NOT be charged at time of booking, however we will validate your card 3-4 days prior to your appointment. If your card declines for any reason a $35 deposit will be due in order to continue to hold your appointment.
BE ADVISED: Cash App cards can only be used to hold your appointment when a $35 deposit is paid. If you need to use a Cash App card to hold your appointment, please call us.
Payment will be due at check-in on the day of your appointment. We are unable to accept insurance and personal checks.
A $5 fee applies for all credit card transactions at the office; fee does not apply for cash payments.
If you will be using a Gift Certificate as payment at your appointment, you will still need to enter a valid credit/debit card to schedule online. Be sure to bring your Gift Certificate with you to your appointment.

BE ADVISED: Heartbeat can only be heard at 12 weeks +. If you are found to be less than 12 weeks, we may contact you to reschedule your appointment.

Your recording session will NOT include any images of baby and will likely only take a few minutes in our ultrasound studio room.
Heartbeat Animals can be chosen at the office and taken home that day with your recorder inside.
Heartbeat Jewelry items are created by a company that we have partnered with and can take up to 4 weeks to receive in the mail, depending on shipping option chosen.
PREPARING FOR YOUR 2D, 3D/4D/HD EXPERIENCE
STAY HYDRATED; Drink 60-80 ounces of water 1 week prior to appointment. This will promote more amniotic fluid, which could provide better quality photos. Avoid caffeine 5 days prior to your appointment; caffeine could reduce the amount of amniotic fluid.
A full bladder is not necessary.
**FOR GENDER DETERMINATION YOU WILL NEED A FULL BLADDER**
(Gender Determination can only be done at 15 weeks)
Having a glass of orange juice (if tolerable) 15-30 minutes prior to your appointment time (or something else with a high sugar content) could help get baby moving if sleepy.
BE ADVISED: We do NOT OFFER REFUNDS. If baby gives us no successful images, we will determine your eligibility for a re-do session.
