Tips for Sponsoring or Scheduling a Puja Online:

  1. Select the puja type from the list.
  2. Choose any applicable add-ons.
  3. Select the date/time option from "Add to your appointment..." if available.
  4. Select the event date and time in the Calendar, and click "Continue".
  5. Provide your details and proceed to payment. You can pay with PayPal or a credit/debit card.
    • Note: A PayPal account is not required.

Note:

  1. You can book/pay up to 6 months in advance.
  2. Sponsorship, donation, and private puja payments are charged at booking.
  3. In addition to Temple fees:
    • For Pujas not conducted in temple, a Mileage(temple to puja location) fee is needed.
    • You may pay Dakshina to priests.
  4. Services depend on priest availability.
    • The Temple may reassign any available priest, even for confirmed pujas.
    • We cannot guarantee assignment of the requested priest.
  5. Only Temple priests can perform pujas/services
    • Outside priests are not allowed to perform pujas booked though this site.
  6. Donations and sponsorship cannot be canceled, refunded, or transferred.
  7. Our priests can perform pujas in all 50 states.

Mundana is the eighth of the sixteen Hindu saṃskāras (sacraments), in which a child receives their first tonsure/head shaving ceremony.

First come to the temple for the puja. Have a handful of the child's hair cut.
After the puja is over, you can go to the Barbershop to cut the remaining hair.

NOTE: Temple offers only puja services. We don't do hair cutting in Temple.

Barsi ceremony, or Varsi, among Hindus is an important ceremony after death. It is observed after a year in Hindu religion – it is the first death anniversary. It is also known as the first yearly Shradh and is performed exactly after a year. Barsi Puja is same as the Hiranya Shrardham.

The shradda is religious ceremony, often performed annually, in propitiation of there departed ancestors who are technically known as pithrus. Ceremony on the death anniversary of a Parent or a close relative to feed them through mantras. Tarpanam is a type of Vedic practice and it is an offering made to the divine deities by chanting divine mantras. Tilatarpanam means offering made by a person to his deceased father / mother and to the Pitrus (Departed souls of our ancestors) using water and sesame seeds during the annual death ceremony or on Amavasya and other related days.

Upanayana (Thread Ceremony) - A sacred thread is prescribed for the three classes like Brahmana, Kshatriya and Vaisya in their respective traditions and they are advised to consult the priest for their sampradaya. In order to get the eligibility to the Nitya Karma, Veda adhyana and Yajna - Yaga sacrifices, one needs to get the samskara.

Vadi Biyyam is a traditional ceremony performed for married couples. The ceremony starts before the marriage. After marriage, the ceremony is performed at least once in three years, wherein the parents of the married woman invite all the relatives for the ceremony celebration. A good quantity of rice is mixed with turmeric, dried coconut core etc. Five married woman come one after and another and put rice in the cloth wrapped around the neck and spread out in the front.
