If you no-show an appointment, you will not be refunded. Please call us if you cannot make your appointment, or reschedule online.
To ensure that all clients are treated fairly and are able to receive treatment in a timely manner, we request advance notice for cancelations or reschedules. If you cancel a massage appointment or NeurOptimal® appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full fee for service.
As of November 1st 2022, if you cancel an Acupuncture appointment with LESS THAN 48 HOURS of notice, you will be charged the full fee for service.
Not all canceled appointments are refundable. If you cancel your appointment online, our system does not automatically refund your payment. Please call to request a refund and we will be happy to help you.
