TERMS OF AGREEMENT

The total cost for an appointment is based on whether it is a Half Day booking (i.e; $800.00 = 4hrs @ $200/hr) or a Full Day booking (i.e; $1600.00 = 8hrs @ $200/hr). This purchase pays for half of the time booked for the appointment, the other half to be paid the day of the appointment.

FULL DAY: $1600 (total due) - $800 (half down) = $800 (due at time of appointment)

HALF DAY: $800 (total due) - $400 (half down) = $400 (due at time of appointment)

This is NOT a deposit. This purchase confirms an agreement between the purchaser and artist for the agreed upon time in the artists calendar. This purchase is FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. The Artist reserves the right to amend this on an individual basis as needed. Any and all expenses incurred by the business SA LLC or its contracted artists in the dispute of this purchase will be paid in full by the purchaser. By choosing to complete this transaction the purchaser acknowledges that they understand fully and agrees to all of these terms.
